Charlotte Bashforth brings her decades of deal making experience to bear across a range of services with particular expertise in mergers, acquisitions, sourcing potential partners, raising capital, deal and contract negotiations, mentoring/coaching CEOs and leadership teams and designing, implementing and advising on large operational and financial projects as an advisor or in residence as a part of the executive team.

Prior to founding Bragg Hill, she was an investment banker at Bear Stearns, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, and held multiple senior Strategic, Operational and Financial roles, including head of mergers and acquisitions for North and Latin America, at Diageo, the world’s largest beverage alcohol company. She received her Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics from Cornell University, and a MBA from Columbia University, where she graduated with honors and was awarded Beta Gamma Sigma.

Ms. Bashforth has experience helping clients across many industries, most deeply within the Consumer Products space with a sub-sector focus in Beverage Alcohol, specifically Craft Beer & Spirits.

Ms. Bashforth sits on the Advisory Board of the Summit YMCA and serves as an advisor to several start-up ventures.

She is a committee member and prior chair for the Laugh Out Loud Campaign, an annual fundraiser that has generated millions of dollars to support youth health & wellness programs for the surrounding communities in her home state of New Jersey.
